Steps to a Successful Group: How do I organize a Group for a cruise?

1. Pick a destination . Your choices vary from Alaska & Western Canada to the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, Hawaii or many other destinations. Come in and meet with one of Travel Central's agents to pick the cruise that is right for your group.
   
2. Pick your Dates: Date selection is based on your priorities. Seasons are determined by school schedule. If school is out, the price will be higher. We can help you pick a sailing to meet your needs.
   
3. Make your Group Reservation: Reserve space at least 6 months prior to departure.
   
4. MOST IMPORTANT STEP: Hand out flyers to everyone you know or within your friends, family, group or organization!
   Travel Central provides you with informational/registration flyers to help you recruit your travelers.
   
5. Reservation Process: Travel Central will handle each individual reservation as part of your group. Your groups members call in and specify what group they are part of. We reserve their room out of your allotment of rooms then collect their payments as they come due.
   
   Guaranteed Rates! Once booked and deposited, the group block is protected at the level of discount , even when the discounts decrease as the sailings fill. Thus as the price increases, your group is guaranteed rate for the number of cabins held and deposited.
   
   Free Berths: One free cruise berth (one bed) will be earned for every 15 full fare guests sailing on the same ship on same dates. Free passengers will pay port charges, international departure taxes, airport fees, and transfers.
